Reporting Stolen Content / Infringement

Content theft (leaks, reposts, unauthorized sharing) is unfortunately common in our industry, but seemynudes takes it seriously. We provide tools and guidance to help creators protect their work and remove infringing material quickly. Note: While we can assist with reports on our platform and guide external actions, full removal from third-party sites often requires DMCA takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (or equivalent laws in your country).

Step 1: Immediate Actions to Protect Yourself

  • Document Everything (do this first!):
    • Take clear screenshots of the infringing content (include full URL, date/time visible, page context).
    • Note exact locations (e.g., Reddit thread, Telegram channel, website URL).
    • Save proof of your original ownership: Links to your seemynudes posts, upload dates from Vault, watermarked versions.
  • Enable Protections (if not already): Turn on automatic watermarking (Settings > Privacy & Safety > Watermarks) and geoblocking for risky regions.

Step 2: Report to seemynudes (For Content on Our Platform)

If stolen/leaked content appears on seemynudes (e.g., re-uploaded by another user):

  • Use the in-app Report feature:
    • Go to the offending post/profile.
    • Click the three dots (...) > Report.
    • Select reason: "Copyright Infringement" or "Stolen Content".
    • Add details: Your original post links, screenshots, explanation.
  • Or submit via support:
    • In-app Help > Submit ticket.
    • Email: [email protected] (subject: "URGENT: Stolen Content Report - @yourusername").
  • Our team reviews reports (usually 24–72 hours) and removes violating content if confirmed.

Step 3: Handle External Infringement (Leaks on Other Sites)

For content stolen and posted elsewhere (forums, porn sites, social media, Google searches):

  1. Gather Evidence:
    • Full URLs of infringing pages.
    • Screenshots with timestamps.
    • Proof of your copyright (seemynudes post links, creation dates).
  2. File a DMCA Takedown Notice (Primary Method):
    • What is it? A legal request under U.S. DMCA law (or similar international processes) demanding removal from the hosting site/search engine.
    • Where to File:
      • Directly on the infringing platform (most have a "Copyright" / "DMCA" form in footer or support).
      • Examples: Reddit, Pornhub, Twitter/X, Google (for search removal), hosting providers.
      • If no form, email their designated DMCA agent (often listed in Terms or whois).
    • Required Elements in Your Notice (must include all for validity):
      • Your contact info (name/pseudonym, email, address optional).
      • Description of your copyrighted work (e.g., "My exclusive video posted on seemynudes.com/@yourusername on [date]").
      • Exact URLs/locations of infringing material.
      • Statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner..."
      • Statement under penalty of perjury: "The information is accurate..."
      • Your electronic/physical signature (typed name ok).
    • Submit → Compliant sites remove content fast (days to weeks).
  3. Request seemynudes Assistance:
    • If overwhelmed, open a support ticket (in-app or [email protected]).
    • Provide all evidence/links.
    • We'll review and can guide you, draft sample notices, or assist with priority cases (e.g., widespread leaks).

Additional Tips & Resources

  • Prevention First: Watermark visibly/subtly, post teasers only publicly, use PPV for high-value content, monitor via reverse image search (Google Images, TinEye) or alerts.
  • Third-Party Services (Optional): Tools like DMCA.com, Rulta, or specialized creator protection services automate scanning/removals (paid, but faster for frequent issues).
  • If Ignored/Recurring: Escalate to hosting provider/domain registrar, or consult a copyright lawyer for lawsuits (rare but possible for persistent infringers).
  • Legal Note: DMCA applies mainly to U.S.-based sites; international sites may have different processes (e.g., EU notice-and-action).
